How we can continue to improve teaching and learning with technology - carefully, responsibly, sensibly, cost-effectively, conscientiously, collaboratively, and respectfully? Even, perhaps especially, in tough times, frugally!
Throughout our work we have continued to ask the same question. Since we launched the TLT Roundtable, the Flashlight Program, and the TLT Group itself in the 1990s, we have been finding, developing, and sharing "low-threshold" resources that enable our colleagues and ourselves to continue making improvements in teaching and learning with technology.
So, let's keep bailing together. We can ride out the rest of this financial storm and keep going. We need to keep helping each other to improve teaching and learning - with technology.
You know who we are and the kind of work we do. We hope you want to support our mission, our free online services (FridayLive! TLT-SWG, Flashlight Reports, bi-weekly updates), and the next stages of our work on Frugal Innovation: building on our accomplishments in productive assessment (Flashlight Program), collaborative change (TLT Roundtables), and faculty/professional development (Brief Hybrid Workshops, Compassionate Pioneers).
